People build business. CloudShift was born from a group of long-term Salesforce customers who successfully developed and integrated the platform globally to underpin wider change initiatives. We joined the partner community to work with other customers and share our industry knowledge and innovation.
My role: As the COO, I’m responsible for the daily operations of the business, overseeing both our front-of-house Marketing and Customer Solutions teams as well as our Growth team.
Refining and optimising consistent and efficient processes to ensure we deliver every time for our customers is my primary focus.
Inspiration to join CloudShift: With over 20 years’ experience in marcomms and digital transformation, I have been proud to be involved with CloudShift since our launch and witness the many Customer digital transformations we’ve delivered with Salesforce. Working in the Salesforce ecosystem is an incredibly rewarding and exciting place to be.
My role: My role as CMO includes overseeing the planning, development and execution of CloudShift’s alliance and marketing initiatives. Through close partnership within the Salesforce ecosystem and effective marketing, my team helps CloudShift continue to achieve sustainable growth and helps act a catalyst for change and innovation.

CloudShift epitomises everything I believe in, putting Customers first with a strong emphasis on Stakeholder Management & the unique Sales & Solutions process. My role: As the Head of UK Delivery, I lead a team of extraordinary individuals who are dedicated to delivering success for our customers. In a culture where endeavour is recognised, collaboration & learning from each other is encouraged, we consistently push the boundaries of individual achievement.
Inspiration to join CloudShift: I am a successful serial entrepreneur, advisor and investor with over 35 years experience in the technology and publishing industries. I joined Apple in 1979 and later founded Taxan Europe and TrustedReviews.com. I have invested in several digital start-ups including Lovestruck.com and JustPark. My non-executive roles include Time Out, Dennis Publishing, MyVoucherCodes and TheLADbible.
Inspiration to join CloudShift: Having spent 26 years as a Senior Executive at Capita I saw the impact of forming excellent teams to deliver a growth and performance culture. I worked with Alastair for a number of years in 2 different roles at Capita including implementing Salesforce to assist with managing sales and customer information. My depth of experience in managing and growing businesses has been enhanced through my Non Executive and advisory roles.
My role: As a Non -Executive Director for the business I work closely with the Board to provide advice and guidance on the direction and growth of the business. I also provide a high- level financial overview and ensure growth initiatives are delivered for the Board. I care passionately about the excellent people in the business. I am delighted to be an investor and adviser to Cloudshift.
