We were delighted to take our 7th annual Property & Construction Summit to new heights as we were joined by a selection of Customers and our friends at Salesforce on the 42nd floor of the Leadenhall Building in London (aka The Cheesegrater).
With the London skyline as the backdrop for the largest UK Salesforce event for the property, real estate and construction sector we were pleased to be back connecting with Customers, Salesforce and the wider ecosystem in person after 2 years of hosting the event virtually. Rob Alsos, Salesforce UK Sales Director for Real Estate & Construction and our very own Customer Solutions Director Abi Chan, kicked off proceeding with an introduction to Salesforce and CloudShift and the innovations we are driving within the industry.
We then invited 6 fantastic Salesforce customers from across the property, real estate and construction sector to share their valuable insights and how they are driving innovation and succeeding with Salesforce. We heard from Elliott Crush, Director of Engineering at Purplebricks, Alton Hassan, Sales & Digital Solutions Manager at Battersea Power Station, Michelle Kay, Digital Project Manager at Places for People, Mike Gibbons, CIO at Aggregate Industries, Steve Jack, COO UK & International Capital Markets EMEA at JLL and Yan Simpson, Group IT Director at JustAsk.
Stay tuned for highlight videos from all our customer speakers where they will be sharing their insights on how Salesforce has brought about real business change, their experience of working with a Salesforce partner and what the future holds for their digital transformation journey.
As a leading Salesforce implementation partner for the Property & Construction industry, we have worked with numerous Customers, both large and small, to design, implement and support their Salesforce solution. From our years of experience we have developed a few secrets to implementation success. Led by Abi Chan and Marcelle Braithwaite they examined the industry as it stands. Highlighting the focus set firmly on innovation and the acceleration in migrating to digital technologies, it is unsurprising that over 90% of organisations have undergone significant change in the past 2 years. Expressing our 5 pillars to transformation success, we also explored the complementary services we provide as part of the Globant family through our Digital Studios that are helping businesses transition to digital first operations. These include:
- Exploring new business models and revenue streams supported by the Business Hacking Studio that helps uncover non-traditional ways to create business values
- The UI/UX Studio that helps organisations put users at the heart of the solution
- Encouraging effective change management and training, our Culture Hacking Studio offers support at this critical stage in any transformation
- Safeguarding and future proofing your data supported by our Data Studio
- The Sustainable Studio that helps embed sustainability as a key transformation factor
We are delighted that so many of our customers joined us and we’d like to thank the sponsors for our event Conga, Ownbackup, Introhive and Natterbox. It was great to showcase the products and services available within the wider Salesforce ecosystem including MuleSoft and Tableau.
