CloudShift Customer Freshfields feature at Salesforce Live UK&I
Salesforce Live UK&I is just around the corner on July 7th, 9:30am – 12:00pm. During this event, guests will be encouraged by a range of brilliant speakers to think about how businesses can start to ‘Rethink the Possible.’
The event will include special celebrity guests Sue Perkins, who will be starring as host, as well as Jools Holland. And we are delighted to share that our legal Customer Freshfields will be starring in their own session ‘Freshfields: The Future Client Experience, Now’. Interim CMO, Louis Roman will share his vision, digital transformation successes, and best practices on how they are adopting new client and employee experiences for the future. We’re thrilled that one of our projects will be front and centre for Salesforce Live and can’t wait to tune into the session.
Zahra Bahrololoumi (EVP and CEO of Salesforce UKI) and Heidi O’Leary (Senior Director, Innovation Consulting, Salesforce) will be also speaking alongside many other guests from a wide range of businesses and industries. Each will be diving into the current challenges they face around Customers and the workforce and discussing how both have been dramatically changed by the events of the past 12 months. Speakers will also be investigating how businesses can lead with their values while also increasing revenue. Another session we wanted to highlight is ‘Smarter Decisions for High-Tech?
