Pledge 1% fundraising event raises over £16,500 for Shooting Star Children's Hospices.
We were delighted to host our Shooting Star comedy evening in partnership with Salesforce last night. The evening was great fun and a huge success thanks to all who donated and attended from across the Salesforce Ecosystem.
We would like to give an especially big thank you to the comedy stars Joel Dommett, Russell Kane and Suzi Ruffell who gave up their time to make the evening such a fantastic laugh and a true success. We would also like to thank all of our guests who enthusiastically took part from the front row!
As part of our Pledge 1% commitment, we aimed to raise £15,000 for Shooting Star Children’s Hospices and we are very proud to announce that we have smashed that target with over £16,500 raised! The money raised will go to a brilliant cause as Shooting Star Children’s Hospices provide invaluable support for the children and their families who are struggling through tough times.
We would not have raised so much money without our fantastic event sponsors including GoCardless, Xactly, Ownbackup, Conga, Coveo and Natterbox who all gave so generously to help towards our target. Thank you all so much – it’s wonderful to see the Salesforce Ecosystem coming together again and achieving such great success!
It was a fantastic evening, getting together for a good laugh and we were delighted to have raised so much money for such a great cause. Thank you again to everyone who came along and supported us – you’re the greatest!
