Key Highlights and Takeaways: CloudShift Property Summit 2021

Discover all the key takeaways and highlights from the CloudShift & Salesforce Annual Property Summit 2021.

On Thursday 29th April we held the annual CloudShift & Salesforce Virtual Property Summit. We had over 150 guests attend and a fantastic line-up of Customer speakers sharing their insights on their digital transformation journeys as well as a number of in-depth solution demos from Salesforce and Tableau.

In total, we had 14 unique, insightful sessions covering a wide range of topics totalling 6 hours of amazing content tailored for the property and real estate industry. We have put together vignette highlights of each of our sessions so you can access all the valuable insights, lessons learnt and best practices whenever you need them.

The Summit was kicked off by CloudShift CEO Alastair Murray and Martin Corry, Regional Vice President at Salesforce, with an introduction and update on CloudShift and the wider Salesforce ecosystem. Our first breakout sessions featured five CloudShift Customers who each discussed the current state of their industry and the objectives and outcomes of their digital transformation projects and also shared their lessons learnt and best practice experiences. Amongst some of the topics covered were utilising Salesforce to achieve Customer centricity, enabling Customer 360 in contact centres and driving efficiencies in facilities management.

Our Customer sessions were followed by seven solution demos, that covered all the latest innovations from Salesforce and Tableau. These demos looked at the capabilities and functionality of many Salesforce products and provided an in-depth look at some of the benefits they can provide business in the property and real estate industry. The event was closed by CloudShift Customer Solutions Director David Kurtanjek and CloudShift Head of Customer Solutions Abi Chan who shared how CloudShift have worked with our many Customers to drive successful digital change and transformation across their organisations.

Below you will find details on all our speakers and we would be happy to personally talk you through their digital transformation journey and what Salesforce solutions would be most beneficial to your business.

Thank you to everyone who joined our event. We look forward to discussing how we can help your business along it’s Salesforce journey.
