On Tuesday night the CloudShift team enjoyed attending the Salesforce Summer BBQ at the Golden Bee in London.
A big success for CloudShift as our Managing Director Alastair Murray was asked to be one of three guest speakers, at the event.
The team enjoyed a night of networking meeting Salesforce customers, other Salesforce partners and small and medium businesses. We heard how Salesforce has been instrumental in assisting many small and medium businesses to work faster and work more effectively and efficiently which has ultimately kept their customers happier. As many small businesses can appreciate this isn’t always an easy task, satisfied customers require attention. For many small businesses time is not always on your side, devoting staff or resources to this task is not always possible, so why not implement a system to help manage those relationships.
Investing in a CRM platform makes it possible to keep track of customer histories and preferences, sharing all required information across multiple departments, as Salesforce is also cloud based it eliminates the dreaded software issues. It also allows businesses to bespoke a system unique to their needs and budget.
It was wonderful to hear what a positive impact CloudShift has made to many small and medium businesses, by implementing the Salesforce CRM platform.
