Marketing Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Marketing Manager to join the successful Alliances & Marketing team at CloudShift and build a great career. The business and team has seen significant growth of late, and this new position is crucial to help ensure we are able to continue best supporting the business. In this role, you will be hands-on working on a variety of marketing projects, supporting and mentoring the younger members of the Marketing team to achieve success and also working with our Events Executive as well as other teams in the business.

Having a good knowledge and passion for digital transformations and Salesforce is a must, as is being social and interested in working with everyone across the business in CloudShift. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. You’ll need to be organised, curious, creative, outgoing and agile to ensure we remain top of our game, and be dedicated, accountable, friendly and ambitious to ensure everyone’s success as a team player. Proactiveness is a key trait we’re seeking so you can identify areas to support the team’s success. There are lots of things we would like and we believe you’re out there!

Your marketing knowledge will span the full spectrum, understanding how to support the business creating imaginative thought-leading marketing and helping delivering them with aplomb! Activities as you’d imagine will include research, reports, presentations, as well as content creation, digital campaigns, various internal and external marketing, events, charity, staff and CSR initiatives which support our strong culture. You will be given the freedom to learn and be creative within our collaborative team.

Responsabilities

  • Day to day management of all Marketing activity and overseeing campaigns
  • Supporting and mentoring the younger members of the Marketing team
  • Prepare and oversee marketing plans and reports, ensuring it provides an exec view
  • Working with the business, CMO and Alliances & Marketing team to create strategy, activity plans and deliver successful projects
  • Ensure we have necessary processes and systems to maintain smooth-running, effective and efficient marketing projects
  • Researching on Salesforce Ecosystem and businesses to support Alliances & Marketing as well as the wider Solutions & Sales teams
  • Create and deliver initiatives which help drive a successful culture in our business
  • Development of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Who we’re looking for

  • A passion for Salesforce solutions and digital transformations
  • Relevant Degree 2:1 or higher
  • Excellent copywriting and verbal skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Curious, agile, dedicated, friendly, sociable and ambitious
  • Team player, mentor and coach. Reliable and accountable
  • An understanding of digital marketing and best practices
  • Excellent attention to detail
