Learning & Development Manager
CloudShift is a leading Platinum Salesforce Partner and we are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our fast-paced and established team. The successful candidate will hit the ground running, bringing their knowledge, experience and great teamwork ethos to support us designing and delivering training to upskill our workforce.

Core Responsibilities
- Ownership of company learning & development pathways
- Co-ordination of internal & external resources to deliver internal training
- Owning the schedule of our internal study groups
- Working with the PMO to identify company certification gaps and implement plans to upskill staff
- Design and delivery of non-technical internal training across the business
- Working with SME’s to assist them to organise and deliver their training sessions
- Support across internal initiatives – e.g. our mentor / mentee programme
- Review of customer facing training materials
- Ownership of our CloudShift Graduate programmes
- Ownership of central repository of internal training data base
- Sharing of external training initiatives with the team
- Creating bespoke Trailhead programmes for CloudShift using my Trailhead
Core Experience
- 3+ years of experience as trainer or training co-ordinator
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Experience of designing and delivering professional training curriculums
- Previous experience in training Salesforce is a must
- Able to prioritise and manage own workload
- Prior experience of managing internal training schedules
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Experience in skill gap analysis and implementing solutions

- Communication – excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills. Ability to facilitate face to face, and remote, workshops. Excellent written and oral skills.
- Team work / Collaboration – team orientated with a ‘can do’ attitude, and experience working with different internal stakeholders to implement plans
- Presenting Skills– excellent ability to share expertise and business knowledge to audiences of all levels
- Problem Solving - excellent ability to anticipate problems and identify solutions
- Adaptable– excellent ability to adopt a flexible work style in changing circumstances and shift priorities when necessary
- Organisation - Highly organised and proactive with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills - strong ability to collect and analyse information
