Digital Marketing Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join the successful Marketing & Alliances team at CloudShift and build a great career. In this role, you will focus on digital marketing, helping shape our digital marketing strategy which primarily involves, B2B email campaigns, website management and optimisation, social media presence, SEO, paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads), Google Analytics, and more. You will also be hands-on managing our data and insights with Salesforce and Tableau so a love of CRM and BI is advantageous! You will be reporting into our Marketing & Alliances Director and will be supported by a Marketing Graduate so you can help us deliver a fantastic digital experience.
CloudShift has recently held a number of hugely successful virtual events in partnership with Salesforce and, as a result, over the coming months, we will deliver more including hybrid events blending virtual with a high-quality in-person experience. The success of these events is reliant on a strong digital presence, driving promotional campaigns through our comms channels and managing the Customer journey from registration through to post-event comms. We are seeking a highly capable individual to help us to manage these digital operations to ensure everything is delivered successfully and at a very high standard.
Around these events, CloudShift has a wealth of assets and insights to share before and after, so we are looking for someone who can successfully promote these assets across all of our channels and help us create highly integrated campaigns that nurture our customers through the lifecycle.

- B2B Email Campaign Management – strategy, copy writing, email building, audience segmentation and targeting, performance tracking & automating engagement journeys (via Pardot)
- Social Media Strategy and Management – LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & Facebook
- Website management – web page and site map development and optimisation
- Paid social and search management – LinkedIn Ads & Google Ads
- Develop engaging creatives to support digital activity – Canva & Photoshop
- Social, Website and Salesforce integration
- Data and Reporting – monthly reports on digital marketing activity performance (Google Analytics)
- Management of all online presence – AppExchange & Glassdoor
