Position: CloudShift Analyst

Location: London


As a CloudShift Analyst, you will support the wider Consulting team analyse the ‘as-is’ business processes and functional requirements of our customers. In doing so, you will leverage your existing business experience and ever increasing technical product knowledge to drive solutions that will meet those requirements and underpin the ‘to-be’ business processes.

You will also actively participate in the growth and development of the CloudShift practice, supporting our internal drive to always become better for our clients.

Likely Tasks Performed:

  • Analyse the business needs of our clients and provide support to our consulting team to drive the implementation of process and technology solutions to meet those needs.
  • Advise on how to best leverage the tool to support the underlying business processes
  • Facilitate well-structured requirements gathering workshops
  • Document clear requirements
  • Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and developers. Support the testing teams in their understanding of the functionality


  • Track record in business design
  • Hands on experience of working with Salesforce.com as either an end-user or as part of a project implementation team
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with interacting with stakeholders of all levels of seniority
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Business fluency in English

Desirable (but not Essential):

  • University graduate
  • Knowledge of working within an Agile project management environment
  • Knowledge of other common project management methodologies e.g. Waterfall
  • Salesforce.com Consultant qualifications (either Administrator-201, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud)
  • Salesforce.com Developer qualification (e.g. Dev 401)
  • Working proficiency in another(multiple) language(s)
