People build business. CloudShift was born from a group of long-term Salesforce customers who successfully developed and integrated the platform globally to underpin wider change initiatives. We joined the partner community to work with other customers and share our industry knowledge and innovation.
Inspiration to form CloudShift: I am passionate about the digital disruption which is changing the face of business today. I set up CloudShift having worked in business transformation for the past 20 years. Using the Salesforce platform I have lead several customer and sales transformational programs working across 125 countries and over 600 companies.
My role: My role as CEO is to set the direction of the business and ensure that we are always providing the very best advice and exceptional service for our clients. I am hands on so you’ll most likely meet me with the team in our initial scoping meetings.
Inspiration to form CloudShift: I am a successful serial entrepreneur, advisor and investor with over 35 years experience in the technology and publishing industries. I joined Apple in 1979 and later founded Taxan Europe and TrustedReviews.com. I have invested in several digital start-ups including Lovestruck.com and JustPark. My non-executive roles include Time Out, Dennis Publishing, MyVoucherCodes and TheLADbible.
My role: As Non-Executive Chairman at CloudShift I work with the Board using my experience to provide advice and an independent voice on strategy, performance and people. The Cloudshift team is experienced, passionate and dedicated to service excellence. I am delighted to be an investor and advisor to the business.
Inspiration to form CloudShift: For many years I’ve worked with the senior leadership teams of large companies, including Salesforce. The opportunity to work at CloudShift, offered something quite different and very exciting. They truly believe that if you put people first, success will follow and now I have the opportunity to use my skills and help the leaders on that quest.
My role: With a 25-year career as an Executive and Performance Coach, and founder of Wellbeing tech company Zenergos, I advise company leaders on how to engage, develop and inspire their top talent. My role in CloudShift is to bring this experience to the leadership team in order to build winning teams and maximise performance
Head of Development
Inspiration to form CloudShift: Having worked with Salesforce on a number of global rollouts I wanted to solely focus on innovation across the market leading CRM platform. I am a career software architect and developer with excellent communication skills specializing in Salesforce, Force.com and Apex.
My role: Heading up the development team I work with customers through pre-sales demo work into fully defining and scoping stakeholder requirements. You will most likely meet me in discovery workshops and I will be involved throughout the whole project lifecycle to final system delivery.
Customer Solutions Director
Inspiration to form CloudShift: Having joined CloudShift after working for 6 years delivering global Salesforce.com implementations for one of the ‘Big 4’ I had extensive experience of the tool covering the entire product spectrum (Sales, Service & Marketing). Joining a team as capable and passionate as they are experienced was an opportunity too good to turn down.
My role: As Customer Solutions Director, my role is to lead our project teams to ensure we always meet the high standards we set ourselves. Delivering against our targets so our customers meet theirs on-time and on-budget are my key drivers.
Inspiration to form CloudShift: Having previously been a customer engaging CloudShift to deliver an EMEA wide Salesforce implementation I knew first hand that the team were first class professionals and Salesforce technical experts. When given the chance to join such a fast growing innovative company I didn’t think twice.
My role: As Commercial Director I head up our Finance and Operations function working closely with our Customer Solutions Director and Delivery Director to ensure we provide customers a first class service from initial meeting through to delivery and forming long-term partnerships.
Inspiration to form CloudShift: Having worked client side for most of my career on large Salesforce (multi-cloud), CPQ and Marketing Automation deployments, I took the opportunity to work with CloudShift without hesitation. The mix of client and consultancy people, their in-depth technical understanding and growth speaks for itself.
My role: My role as Delivery Director means I have a large number of consultants and active projects to support. I ensure we deliver the best projects on time, within scope and getting the right people a part of the team. Working with the other directors we ensure we create a seamless onboarding and delivery of your project.
