Salesforce have released another success story focusing on one of our customers, Grainger who are the UK’s largest listed operator of privately rented homes.
Grainger builds long-term, sustainable communities by delivering excellent service to residents and providing a seamless, high-quality experience. Grainger turned to Salesforce in order fulfill their aims of providing a friendly, easy-to-access service and customer experience, and help make their services easily accessible to customers via a smartphone.
Thanks to Salesforce, Grainger now have the right technology platform and integrated ecosystem which has helped them create a seamless ‘lead to lease’ process. Grainger also replaced many largely analogue and manual internal processes with Salesforce saving their staff lots of time so they can spend more time talking to and getting to know their residents’ needs.
Our team thoroughly enjoyed helping Grainger on this digital transformation journey, and are pleased to see the brilliant results Grainger are enjoying including significant reductions in leasing completion times, and improvements in customer experience ratings.
