The study by IDC MarketScape uses quantitative and qualitative aspects to determine companies’ success in Salesforce implementation services. IDC use a rigorous framework that assesses vendors based on their possession of several factors which are expected to lead to both short-term and long-term success in the market including enabling customers to achieve desired business outcomes.
