Growing the Salesforce Ecosystem
As part of our commitment to the Salesforce Talent Alliance, we were delighted to welcome six new graduates to the CloudShift team. Joining us last week, our new graduates have now commenced their journey through the CloudShift Academy, where we help graduates kickstart their careers in the Salesforce Ecosystem.
The Salesforce Talent Alliance was launched September last year, and CloudShift was delighted to be one of the first onboard. The initiative aims to attract diverse talent through inclusive recruitment practices, connecting partners to job candidates newly trained on Salesforce to help bring new talent into the fast-growing Ecosystem. The IDC estimated that the demand for Salesforce talent will generate more than $1 trillion in new business revenues and 4.2 million jobs by 2024. Therefore it is imperative that we as partners work together to build a diverse workforce that is not only highly skilled, but that reflects society around the globe.
The CloudShift Academy
With our Academy we’ve designed a tailored 6-month programme where people are provided with the tools, resource and experience necessary to develop the foundations of their Salesforce knowledge. This helps them choose their ultimate career pathway as a specialist in MuleSoft, Tableau and the full range of Salesforce clouds.
