It’s official, our mission to the moon is complete! Team CloudShift & Salesforce, along with over 200 other astronauts, partnered with Shooting Star Children’s Hospice this March to raise money and track our daily activity mileage with the aim of reaching the moon!
Within the first week of the challenge, incredibly the collective team had already reached the distance to the moon! Having touched down on the moon way ahead of schedule, we had been given a new mission – to orbit the moon as many times as possible before boarding our rocket and returning home.
After 31 days of running, cycling and swimming, collectively all the Space Race supporters travelled almost 44,000 miles and raised over £46,000 which will go towards supporting families through counselling, therapies, end of life care and much more which you can read about here.
