Salesforce closes record-breaking Q3

Salesforce has proven once again to be a CRM market leader with record Q3 2020 results. A press release by Salesforce revealed record-breaking financial results for the CRM giant with a $4.5 billion revenue, up 33% year on year.

Marc Benioff, Chairman and co-CEO at Salesforce revealed that the tech giant is set to double its revenue in the next five years thanks to innovative product launches such as Customer 360 Truth and Einstein Voice.

“We’re now on track to double our revenue in five years, with Customer 360, only Salesforce is providing companies with a single source of truth, bringing them even closer to their customers across every touchpoint.” said Marc Benioff, Chairman and co-CEO.

This sentiment was echoed by Keith Block, co-CEO at Salesforce who announced a strong growth across all clouds and regions this last quarter and a positive outlook for the future. Block, recently also appeared in an interview with Jim Cramer on CNBC’s “Mad Money” following the announcement to discuss the impact of digital transformation to companies worldwide and the need to achieve a single customer view, answered by the launch of Customer 360 Truth at this year’s Dreamforce.

“We had strong growth across our clouds and regions in the quarter as more companies turn to Salesforce as a trusted advisor in their digital transformations. With these trusted customer relationships, continuous innovation and our phenomenal Trailblazer ecosystem, we have never been better positioned for the future.” – Keith Block, co-CEO
