CloudShift recently had the pleasure of working alongside Encirc, one for the UK’s foremost glass manufacturing organisations, managing their transition from Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
The project involved migrating their 60+ users to Salesforce Lightning and upskilling their team through our ‘Train the Trainer’ programme. The migration has been very positively received by the whole organisation for providing an interface that is even more accessible, and this has led to an increase in user adoption due to a more visually engaging user experience. Two employees at Encirc, Lynn and Vicky, have gone on to champion further development of their Salesforce instance as a result of our ‘Train the Trainer’ programme, empowering them with a comprehensive view of the Salesforce ecosystem.
