Position: Salesforce Administrator

Location: London

Overview

As a CloudShift Administrator your key role will be to help our clients make most of Salesforce.com CRM. You will be the first line to our managed service clients and will manage your own accounts and orgs. This position requires some background in Salesforce.com implementation, administration and support.

Likely Tasks Performed:

  • Creating and modifying reports and dashboards
  • Creating and modifying workflow automation and flows/processes
  • Managing users and troubleshooting Salesforce errors
  • Making changes and updates to page layouts and custom fields
  • Manipulating and reformatting data

Required:

  • 1 years’ experience in Salesforce Administration
  • Experience in managing hierarchies, role profiles and user access in Salesforce.com org.
  • Experience in configuring standard/custom objects, validation, record types, page layouts, reporting, and analytics.
  • Salesforce Administrator certificate
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Desirable (but not Essential):

  • Experience in managing AppExchange installations and integrations
  • Knowledge in configuring triggers and workflow for automation solutions
