We were delighted to welcome two new starters in April with great Pardot credentials; Maryam Naufal Mir and Thomas Hughes.
First on board was Maryam who holds both Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications. She is already well imbedded in the business helping deliver more successful platforms for our clients.
Maryam’s most recent project before joining CloudShift was delivering a new Salesforce system for The Big Issue. Here Maryam helped transform their business by migrating them from their legacy system of MS Access 97, excel and paper files.
The new system now enables them to effectively record and maintain data nationally regarding their vendors, pitches, distribution points and sales. The management team now, for the first time, has real-time visibility nationally of vendor sales through enhanced dashboard views and weekly report.
It has also dramatically reduced admin work for The Big Issue by centralising data and reporting, rather than being processed at each regional office and compiled at head office.
Needless to say, Maryam’s great experience with this project is already proving very valuable for our clients who are also seeking such a transformational change.
