Salesforce World Tour comes to London

Salesforce world tour

The stage is set and London is braced ready to welcome the all-new Salesforce World Tour in May. This year is shaping up to be the biggest and the greatest with some fantastic highlights coming to London ExCel on Thursday 19th May.

We take a look at the cloud event of 2016 to see what you can expect.

The Age of the Customer
This year Salesforce focuses on how to achieve a new kind of customer success. Here we can learn how to drive digital transformation and make every employee a customer hero. And what better way to learn than to hear it direct from the best speakers, outstanding in their field, with lots of relevant experience, in management, tech and innovation.
There’s something for everyone, as far as speakers are concerned, with speakers boasting significant skills and experience on a wide range of diverse sectors and from startups to major established companies. As you’d expect, Salesforce are providing some of their biggest keynote speakers including Mike Rosenbaum, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Sales Cloud. It’s set to be the most impressive line-up of speakers and we for one can’t wait! In addition to the speakers there is of course some great breakout sessions to be announced shortly.

There are some great keynote events taking place. Here are just a few:
• Sales Cloud Best Practices : A Whole New Way to Sell
• Service Cloud Keynote: A New Era of Service for the Connected World
• Marketing Cloud: The Dawn of the Digital Marketer
• Reimagine Customer Engagement with Community Cloud

Up close and personal
An event like this is much more than just sitting and listening. This year you’ll be able to get up close to learn more about the new products recently announced at Dreamforce, including Lightning, SalesforceIQ, and the Customer Success Platform. There have been some great innovations coming out since their last event in London, so plenty to see.

The all-new Success Services Zone
Like any good event, Salesforce World Tour has evolved from last year. The new Success Service Zone is the place to learn about their training, certification, support, and consulting programs. Here you’ll find the Salesforce experts speaking on best practices, you’ll see customer examples, and you can gain expertise to help maximise your Salesforce investment. It’s the zone to be in.

Healthy competition in Trailhead Zone
Everyone loves a bit of healthy competition which is why guests can get hands on this year with the latest Salesforce technologies using Trailhead, the fun way to learn Salesforce!
Trailhead promises to help you learn new skills and get fun prizes at the same time by completing their Trailhead Quest. Here you can experience the App Cloud with Technical Experts and see for yourself how to develop apps that connect products, users and devices into engaging experiences. With clever apps at the key to every successful Salesforce client, this zone will be a must stop off point.

CloudShift will be at the Excel in May so why not drop us a line at hello@coudshiftgroup.com and we can arrange a time to meet up. We’d love to share with you some of the latest Salesforce developments and the great projects we’ve been helping our clients with recently. Look forward to seeing you there!
